The international team of researchers at the Clinical Institute of Medical and Chemical Laboratory Diagnostics investigates the use of biomarkers in prevention and diagnosis of lifestyle-related metabolic disorders and degenerative diseases of aging. Our scientists develop new measurement methods that identify innovative biomarkers and evaluate their clinical application. A special focus is on mass spectrometry analysis of micronutrients, lipids, various metabolic products and numerous drugs.
